this blog pretty lowkey. therefore when it comes to ic interactions i am mutuals only.
i also will not interact with anyone under the age of 18.
ㅤfollowing / unfollowing.ㅤㅤi can sometimes be slow at looking at new followers, so forgive me if it takes a few days for me to follow you back.
when it comes to unfollowing people, it's something i rarely do. outside of being inactive after a certain time other reasons might include: if no effort has ever been made to interact, either ic or ooc. excessive vague posting, excessive negative posting. racist/ sexist/ bigotry comments, excessive call outs
i don't like those like this to stay mutuals posts. nor do i make them. if you are following any of my blogs, or i am following you, it means i do in fact want to write with you.
ㅤreplies.ㅤㅤi am incredibly slow with replies and memes, however i am always around to plot and chat via my ims and discord. (discord is the best way to get ahold of me) that being said you are always more than welcome to send memes or tag me in unprompted starters.
ㅤformatting.ㅤㅤi use icons and small text in my replies and that's about as fancy as my formatting gets. while i like having a general blog aesthetic, it's not something i expect of others.
as i have both adhd and dyslexia and also just terrible eye sight. if you do use photoshopped or screenshot replies i will most likely unfollow / not follow. they are incredibly hard for me to read this goes for replies where every other word is a different font and size. it's incredibly difficult for me to comprehend what is being written.
ㅤmains & exclusives.ㅤㅤi do practice mains and exclusives. as it generally happens with ocs, i put in a lot of time and effort and love and care into the relationships i have built up, and in the process have become friends with the people i write with. however i am always looking for more interactions.

ㅤplotting.ㅤㅤfor the sake of easy interactions some very basic plotting is generally encouraged. mostly for my sake to get a feel for the dynamic. though it's not required, however if you come to me offering to plot please have a vague idea. i'm happy to provide any additional information that you need but please don't expect me to do all the heavy lifting.
ㅤshipping.ㅤㅤwhen it comes to romantic shipping i can be rather picky. while roman is rather easy to ship with, i'm not quick to offer him up for ships unless we are friends and/or there have been previous interactions with amelia. (while interacting with her is not a solid requirement, i do notice when people follow roman and only have an interest in ships and i'm not here for that)
that being said, platonic, familial and every other sort of relationship i am always open for, and greatly enjoy building them. i also love any sort of ic drama or conflict so don't be afraid to throw ideas at me concerning that.

ㅤaboutㅤㅤroman is just as warm and caring as his sister. though can often be more reserved.
he's incredibly charming, well spoken, thoughtful and kind, and rarely are those ever not genuine. he's also not above admitting his own mistakes, even if at times they have to be pointed out to him. and will be the first to apologize.he too has a a way of noticing the small and often missed details and sees those often not seen or overlooked. he's also a skilled politician though it's driven more out of duty than personal ambition.as a boy he was very much a menace. and was constantly finding himself in trouble, one such time resulted in a lifelong ban from the palace kitchens. he mostly grew out his menace reckless behavior.while there is a normal amount and moments of self doubt when it comes to leadership, he knows well of his own abilities but is not at all ever boastful of them.his anger is rare and much like his father his anger is cold and near terrifying. though it takes a great deal to push him to that. often his frustration, annoyance or poorly handled worry that is often mistaken for anger.he values honesty, even if that means it might wound his pride.he's a skilled swordsman and an equally skilled mounted archer. and has lead a commander in one form or another since he was about eighteen.like his sister he has a particular way with animals, and of course horses are no exception to this.while he has all the finery talents any prince should, he's also an incredibly talented painter. though he only asks those he cares for most to sit for him.

krigare is a rather old kingdom. the origins have become more like a myth due to time. the kingdom sits right in the middle of several different crossroads, so not only are they hub for trade, there's are constantly people from other kingdoms coming and going as they journey from one place to another.the personal fashioning of titles like lord or lady, and then there is the official title of Lord, which is synonymous with like being leader of an area or whatever. so like lord or lady [name] LORD OF [place] so when i say the lords of court, or amelia’s father’s lords, i’m referring to the official title. there are both men and women with power in court as well as on her father’s council.it was established almost from the start that the secession of the throne when to the eldest child of the current monarch regardless of gender (or to the second eldest child should the first die or abdicate for any reason).there have also been several female rulers who kept the title of king and female rulers who have used the title queen, and there have been a few monarches who decided to use the royal we being introduced as their royal highness, as the monarch is allowed to fashion the royal title however they see fit for themselves.because krigare is a hub of trade, there’s no one real set style for clothing. depending on where you are within the kingdom there might be a set of more popularized styles (ie the style tends to be more flowy the closer you get to the sea) but when it comes to court there’s no set style and it varies even then depending on the season.

death of evander lockridge

amelia doesn't necessarily feel the full effects of evander's death. she's 11 at the time so she's old enough to understand and does understand the loss of her oldest cousin who amelia thought more like a brother. roman and marzell rarely talk about it with other people, amelia is more willing to discuss it.
there's a good deal that evander's death triggers which is why im including it. i go into a little more detail about. but shortly before evander's death, his mother isabell removed her two youngest, mya and zacharias from court. amelia has not seen them since.

final altercation between caden & avery

this more or less happens off screen as in amelia isn't really there for the fall out of this. however she is there at the start. there's a lot of chaos and confusion in the moment, and amelia has not a clue what is going on, and no one will tell. however upon seeing her uncle, goes up to him seeking answers. whatever last bit of control caden had at point snaps and he whirls and lashes out all of anger and frustration out on her.
now amelia is not used to people yelling at her, and certainly not used to the violent anger caden shows, so she runs off. avery happened to witness this which starts an argument between the brothers. it ends with caden leaving either by his own choice or avery's command.

canon details of avery's death are still a wip. however avery's death is one of those things that have to happen narratively. but when it comes to plots i'm pretty flexible on what those details are. but regardless avery's death is very sudden.
avery's death rattles amelia to her very core. as they are very close. (i will eventually write more up on this when i can finally get all my thoughts in order about it)

at first glance, surface level, krigare doesn't look as industrial / sci fi like / whatever other term you wanna use here. technology is often made to look older than it is / blend in with everything else around it. (krigare first and foremost is built in a fantasy universe so i like to keep aspects of that.)when i say new technology is meant to look old to fit in with everything else around it, i don't just mean that in like the aesthetic. it's deeply rooted within the culture to keep balance with the different eco systems on the planet.which isn't to say krigare isn't innovative. there's a huge focus on the importance of education and art too. krigare is a rich planet, both in monetary and natural resources so there is a little bit of weariness to larger outside forces. not individuals, or even larger like humanitarian issues. but bodies like the republic, or the separatist or even the empire could very easily try and use their resources for their own gain and disrepute the planet's balance. so they're very careful in their dealings with them. which is why when the clone wars break out krigare does it's absolute best to remain neutral. it's not so much about they aren't willing to share as it is they don't want to be taken advantage of.to add krigare is very open and during the war they welcome any and all refugees from other planets needing a safe place.at some point more info will be added about the different plant and animal species that are native to krigare but hippocamp are one of those.

caden attempts to usurp the krigare throne

amelia is around 15-17 when her uncle attempts to usurp the throne. while the choice was one that was fought against, it was decided that for amelia, her brother, and father would be house in different locations for safety. for several different reasons caden goes after amelia. there is a struggle and he very nearly kills her, he would have succeeded had avery been any later than he was in amelia's rescue.

avery dies closer to the end of the clone wars. the details of which are still in the works. (they will be more specific than what is above.) but something that won't be changing is the suddenness of it, and the way it effects amelia.

this arc is the adaptation of amelia's canon into the sw verse in which her uncle attempts to usurp the throne.

arc 2: set during the clone wars.

amelia working for republic intelligence is assigned to the 212th during the clone wars.

arc 3: set during & after the events of rots

there are two variations of this arc. one where amelia follows obi wan to tatooine after the events of order 66. the second arc is amelia returns to krigare for her own protection. she find obi wan on tatooine several years later.

arc 4: set during kenobi & the events of the og trilogy

sometime after obi wan's death amelia leaves tatooine and returns to krigare.

arc 5: happy ending

palpatine's plans are discovered and stopped, bringing an end to the war. amelia leaves republic intelligence and returns home. a year later obi wan shows up having left the jedi order. they are married shortly after.

amelia very much a daddy's girl. (in the lease toxic way possibleamelia and her father both inspire unshakable deep loyalty from people without even really trying, nor are either of them quick to anger.even into adulthood amelia sees avery first as her father and then a king, which even then the line there is so blurred as avery never attempted to shoulder the responsibility of parenthood onto anyone else, often bringer her along on whatever tasks required his attention, which also meant he never scolded her for whatever it was she wished to be included in. always answered her questions in a way she could understand, never belittling or brushing her off because she was too young or a girl.which is where the rumor started that avery couldn't deny his daughter anything.
